IMF Wants to Help African Countries
The global economic crisis is affecting harder on African nations. According to IMF – International Monetary Fund, the region needs $2.5 billion to help nations to grow.
Mr. David Nellor, Chief of IMF in Nigeria visited Prince Adetokumbo Kayode, Minister of Labor and Productivity said: ”the crisis is a big issue in each country with its challenges, and for the countries in Africa, they need finance because, without money, it will be difficult to contain the crisis. We are expecting maybe two or two and half billion dollars from the IMF as loans by the African countries during this period of the crisis.
